They truly care about each individual persons shopping experience and will do everything they can to make sure you are happy and find exactly what you are looking for. I ordered the pearl drop necklace and gold bar bracelet and I love them so much. When I received it I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful packaging that it came in. The pieces were in individual velvet bags that are perfect to store them to keep them looking new. The quality of their items is the best I have ever seen and I would highly recommend shopping through Nava to anyone.

I don't have my own google account so I am writing this using my son's account. I ordered my daughter's letters on a 10q rose gold ring. The ring came and my daughter LOVED it, but it was too small. I emailed the company (Sam) and he rushed out the larger size... and in a couple of days I had the perfect ring! Nava New York offers quality products at an affordable price, especially for college students! Great experience with this company and excellent customer service. One of my friends was given a very generous store credit for a simple shipping error. All of my roommates, including myself, have ordered from this company and have nothing but great things to say! I was so excited to get my Alpha Gam Twist Ring from Nava New York. It fit perfectly and has become one of my favorite jewelry pieces ever. I wear it so much and get compliments ALL of the time. I would definitely recommend getting your jewelry from Nava because of the great quality!
