As a professional, I was absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at this office; If I could give Andrew Swanson and his staff zero stars, I would. Not only are not they not HIPPA compliant by SCREAMING your health information across then entire building, or by leaving your door open during your entire visit (sorry for the elderly lady next to me who I now know suffers from xxxx), but they also are extremely rude and crooks in my book. I hope their office is happy with my $200, because they just lost 3 (would-have-been) loyal patients. Not very economical, if money is what they are after- but again many don't look at the bigger picture and Dr. Swanson's office is one of them. I wouldn't trust the health of a tic on my dog's ass with this asinine practice.

Moved here from California a month and been having the worst luck finding a Dr. I went in for an appointment here and my first impression and interaction was horrible. He left the door open while talking to me and the entire office could hear. Isn’t that a violation of Hippa laws. The front receptionist was very rude and abrupt to not just myself but all patients calling in and coming in. The MA was awesome, but I just didn't like the way I was made feel when I was there the office Manager the wife Linda was rude and disrespectful. But I was treated more like they were assuming I was some kind of drug addict which I find very offensive. I am a professional myself in a retail industry and I just didn't feel very welcomed there and I won't be bringing my family there either. I called back to request detail billing and Linda Insulted me saying horrible things. Being more personable with people and maybe checking to see if they are feeling better and at least act like you care about the patients in your care would be nice.

I have been going to dr Swanson for eight years and he has never been good but I didn't know where else to go so I continued to go there. After this last visit however I will never be returning there again. He was rude and condescending and mocking during my exam. He was purposely grabbing my head roughly and messing up my hair while "examining" my neck. When I asked him to give me an order for bloodwork because I was afraid there was a more serious issue that was making me sick he told me he wouldn't give me bloodwork on a sick visit and I have to schedule a whole other visit just so he would give me the orders. He basically accused me of trying to get out of having another appointment. He only cares about his bottom line, not the health of his patient. Alpine Family Medicine should be shut down!

This doctor is a joke! Do not go there! He tells me if I'm not feeling better, to give him a call so he can call in an antibiotic prescription. He then has his medical assistant call me at 430pm to tell me he is not prescribing any antibiotics. I wasted my whole day waiting for an answer. I would of given no stars if it were possible.

Dr. Swanson has been my primary care physician for approx. 10 years. During this time, he has successfully diagnosed, facilitated, and controlled my chronic, severe, multi faceted symptoms, ALWAYS keeping my overall well being foremost. At times, this analytical mind of mine second guessed his recommendations, always proving futile in the end. When I finally grew to respect and trust his expertise, he facilitated what has become a life changing event in my life. I consider him caring, ascertive but professional, and the best diagnostician that I have ever known in my 64 years of life.
