Family Medicine Center

Seemed like I was finally going to get my procedure done after many attempts elsewhere. The nurse seemed a bit uncaring tho, (you can fake it, I don't mind), but the young dr. spent a decent amount of time with me, we argued a bit till he went talk to one of the elders. When he returned it was great, he said we were going go do the procedure!! Fantastic.... Till they called me the day before and cancelled the appt. I've lost faith in the medical field as a whole, it's been over a year and I still have this deformity on my body, sometimes makes me feel like a freak I cover it up. Thanks.... thanks for nothing.

The services I have received have been excellent. Be there at proper check-in time and the wait is short (if any). The care provided by Dr. Hawthorne and staff is outstanding. Thank You all.

The doctors I have seen have all been great, HOWEVER, almost every appointment I have made here has had to be rescheduled. Today I had a very important appointment that required a refill of very important medication and they called me this morning to reschedule for next week, no one seemed to care and all talked to me like I was the one being difficult. If I had a choice I would never go here again, unfortunately this is the office my insurance assigned me to.

Its Monday morning and I'm in a lot of pain. 😩Jeremy answered promptly and got me in to- day. I even called back to cancel due to being unemployed and not wanting to create a bill. He kindly explained to me that my insurance would cover it Talked me into coming down there. He went above and beyond his call of duty to help me...Jeremy you're awesome!😂

I love my physician she is really nice and so are the MAs but their customer service up front could use some work. Lady who checks out people or does follow up appointments is very rude. You can tell she doesn't want to be there but the times I'm there she is always rude to me. One guy who answered the phone sent me to the wrong place and didn't go out of his way to confirm an appointment which was really upsetting because it was important. Someone also called and misinformed me of my correct appointment and I showed up late. Luckily they were able to accomdate me. I have gone more than 45 min being placed on hold to confirm my appointments now. Just so dissapointing and upsetting.
