Worst customer service ever. Made me feel like a total junky over a DUI. They do not want to help anyone at all. My sister used to go here years ago and she was just in court a few months ago and saw one of the staff members there for a Driving under the influence hearing. Not once but twice. Way to go Alpine. You judge people who get in trouble but have staff members that make same choices as all of us. Is a negative review possible?

Do not use this place! Their counselor Mr. Powell adds his own ideas and make believe charges so that they can present it to the courts so that they can make money off of their victims. Adds fake arrests and charges of DUI when there was no DUI. They counsel in their best interest and not the client. I am disgusted at what I read tonight. They clearly can not read reports and turn falsehoods into truths. Shame on you people!

No. they suggest you need to learn what you don't know when it takes months like you don't have a busy life already, time/MONEY waste.
