Alternative Transportation

I have not personally used your transport but I did want to report something I noticed with a driver. I was sitting at a red light in Lake City in front of Publix on Friday 5/25/18. When the light changed the Alternative transport van was in next lane over but ahead of me by one car. As we all left the light your van was over my line, almost into my lane. I assumed he was moving over even though there was no blinker so I slowed down. This continued for a minute or so until he finally moved back into his lane. As I passed the bearded man was using his free hand to scan his phone which was in the hand he was driving with. He did the same thing at the next light and held up traffic in his lane for a minute or so until he noticed all had moved on. Distracted driving for sure. Please remind your drivers they should be safer. I would not want to use them for my elderly Mother in law after seeing this. Thanks

The worst transport I'v ever seen! Called to find out what time they were going to be here for appointment this morning to be told they don't run on the weekend and the web site says they do the company that booked the appointment was unaware that they didn't run on the weekend! Completely rude and unprofessional! I wouldn't ever use them. Tell the company booking your appointment that your state to said you have the right to pick who transports you say you want a different one! I wouldn't even give them the one star if this thing wouldn't make me to post this!

Rode with them and the drivers was amazing and didn't have a long wait time.
