I have been going to Dr Tuchinsky for about 18 months. I first heard about him from an email offering a free seminar on a health related subject that I had done some research on. I believe in preventative medicine so I keep myself updated on health news. I have always taken supplements and worked out in some form every day. My father is diabetic, I inherited high cholesterol, I am lactose intolerant but to look at me you would think I was the picture of health. A few years ago I started having digestive issues. That is what lead me to Dr Tuchinsky. He did blood tests and prescribed a Detox diet. I found out what foods I had issues with. I have always eaten very much like what was prescribed but the main difference was the medically based supplements. I have run out of the supplements from time to time. I notice a drastic decline back to the issues I had before when I get off the supplements. Because I have always taken supplements and believe in them, I have no problem continuing this program. I have no doubt it has improved my health, vitality, mental clarity, attitude, energy levels, digestive system, outlook on life, quality of life and probably length of life, being healthy rather than being old but sick. Who wants that?!

I was frustrated with constantly feeling lethargic, being overweight, and with some other issues. I knew I had to do something and then a Facebook notification popped up about a free consult with Dr. Duchinsky. I thought......what have I got to lose? I'm so happy I found him. In just a month I have increased energy and am losing weight. The program seemed daunting at first, but I've surprised myself at how well I'm sticking with it. Dr. Duchinsky's enthusiasm is infectious and you want to do well for him and for yourself. I'm eating differently now and love it. My family is very impressed and pleased with my progress. I am a proud patient of Dr. Tuchinsky's in St. Augustine. I came to him because my memory was getting worse and worse. This was scary for me because I was in my 30's. I went to a traditional medical doctor, and he ordered an MRI. Everything looked good, so he thought my memory problem was due to stress. I left feeling frustrated. I went through Dr. Tuchinsky's program, and my life has changed dramatically in many ways. My memory is significantly better, I have lots of energy now, and I don't feel achy anymore. I didn't realize that I felt so bad until I started feeling better. Dr Tuchinsky is sincere and loves his patients and what he does to help them.
