Such a great neighborhood and community with such a strong group of leasing agents. I love the trail right next to the community for my morning walks

Sketchy at best.

I love the location, and having a fireplace and washer/dryer in-unit, but they almost never answer the phone and I have to put in duplicate requests for maintenance orders. Parking is not ideal. The pool is nice, but they don't maintain it well and close it a lot. Gym could be better.

Amazing staff, and cute apartments! Felt right at home from the tour to the move in, and that’s a big deal to me. The view from my apartment is amazing and I love how close we are from downtown. The office staff has gone above and beyond to meet...nay exceed all of my wildest expectations.

It’s nice and quiet here, everyone is friendly. Maintenance is very helpful, along with the management. My apartment is cozy and I have plenty of space
