Its never a dull moment at the Chateau! Everytime I've been there the residents are busy with activities not to mention all the community excursions! Memory care at its finest! Blessed to have a facility that serves our Englewood community with compassion and dignity!
The overall staff at Chateau is kind and very thoughtful. They know this industry well and have 5 star customer service.
CAN NOT EVEN GIVE A STAR. NOT THE PLACE FOR MY AUNT! ALOT OFF LITTLE KIDS WORKING WHO PAYS ATTENTION TO THE PHONE MORE THEN THE RESIDENCES.
Poor management has made this facility sub par in their care of the residents. New management and staff is much needed.
