A few minor problems, but a great place to live.  Changes in management have made it difficult, but signs of improvement are showing up daily.  A special commendation to Alyssa and Andy our dedicated concierge staff, and to David and his maintenance crew.  They all do their best to make us feel well taken care of.

I love living at Kent Place! The community is great, the amenities gorgeous, and the staff fantastic. Alyssa and Andy welcome you with a friendly smile and conversation from the concierge desk while Dave, Steve, and Ben make sure you’re never missing a light bulb or AC filter.

Kent Place has been amazing the last 2 years.  The amenities are wonderful and Alyssa's been great since Greystar took over.  The food trucks have been a game changer for the community here!
