Kimberly Village Apartments

I lived here for two years and never thought I'd appreciate it so much once I left. Jim and Michelle know what they're doing, and take things seriously and professionally. These places are great to live. Laundry rooms, pool, sauna, every thing is real taken care of. The location is also fantastic.

Absolutely beautiful apartment and floor plans, amazing management, great amenities, such a quiet, nice residential neighborhood!

The caring they give and bend over backwards is awesome.

They are finally fixing up the complex and putting in iron railing on the balconies which will look much better!

Horrible managers and every year rent goes up excessively ridiculous overpriced rate just for them to fix Cosmetics instead of the real problems. Not enough washers and dryers available for tents.

Can you fix the God dam pothole on Girard directly In front of your main mailboxes- washer and dryer room?- pool! You have cashed in on price gouging rental rates but yet the property looks like it's stuck in the 70's with the last maintenance or renovation you did to maintain infrastructure...
