AMC Arapahoe Crossing 16

We're used to going to Southlands a lot and decided to go here for a few different showings which we were highly impressed! Personally I really enjoyed the smaller theater rooms and it's not horribly crowded either. The staff was phenomenal but the only downside that I was able to find is the prices for the food which is about the same everywhere but still outrageously expensive. If you go to a movie on the five dollar Tuesdays in the evening it's a great experience. Not very crowded and no screaming or out-of-control children which was so wonderful to experience for the first time in a long time 🐸

FILTHY! Went to a 7:30 movie on May 21st. The concession staff were slow, rude and got my simple order wrong twice. I was also over charged. A large bag of frozen pretzel bites was left open on the counter where a patron was eating popcorn and waiting for his food order. The young man making food seemed clueless. He paid little attention to the orders on his screen. He didn't change gloves after touching food, hardware, computer screen. He put our cookies under the fries rather than separately on top of the box, the drink area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days and has run out of several soda varieties. Staff seemed, uninterested, unkempt and untrained.

The theater we were in was great and cleaner than lobby. But it is a Busy theater! They have a hard time keeping up with all the people, dirty & sticky in the concession areas and bathroom. Butter machine was out. Workers behind the counters visibly stressed. Either need to hire more help or better training of the employees to keep it clean and running smooth.

I like the recliner seats a lot. The stale popcorn from last night still at full price, no thank you. Also, I'd like to know if my soda of choice is out before I pay $10 for a cup. Employees who care would be a refreshing change. At least I liked the movie.

Taking in a show at AMC Arapahoe Crossing was a great experience in Aurora. I hope that all theaters have seating this nice in the future. The popcorn was good and the drinks cold with plenty of parking and friendly staff. I have no complaints and hope to catch a film here again sometime in the future. I see they accepted MoviePass which was really nice considering the two companies that are at odds.
