AMC CLASSIC Ashtabula Mall 6

Tried to see a movie after calling yesterday and speaking to a human who verified the time. I told her I was calling because twice before we found the wrong time on-line. She said be sure I was on the AMC sight. I did that. Still said the same time. Got there and was told it was the wrong time. When I expressed frustration new girl snarks "were you looking at Google?" I said no I talked to a person, here, and went to AMC. She passed this on to a young man with attitude who said "well I can't change the time of the movie." I expressed this was the 3rd time and he just shrugged and said "hmm, that's unfortunate" Snarky cashier says " do you want to wait or what? I said no and we won't be back. All we ever get there is rudeness for an overpriced, disgusting theatre. Agree with those that say make the drive anywhere else.

Chairs arent bad but could be more comfortable. Clean floor. Good size screen and speakers.

It's the only theater in town, but it is generally clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They run current movies and the prices are comparable to other movie theaters.

Now AMC, a little nicer , better snacks , so outrageous prices but only theater in town! They do have bargain days!

We went to the movies last night. We wanted to see daddy's home 2...but of course the theater that was suppose to be playing it something was wrong with it so we could not watch it. So we had to watch thor. Good movie. But the theater it self is nasty. Cant believe i paid 43.00 to go to such a horrible place. Next time i will take the drive to mentor. They really need to do some remodeling.
