AMC CLASSIC Hamilton 8

Too our 3, year old granddaughter to her first show. Place was clean and people friendly. We have a fast pass weigh came in handy. Must have made a great impression on our granddaughter as we past the place a week later and she pointed it out and collared "movie, movie!". Looks like it is going to be a once or twice a month escape for us and then again with granddaughter. We have been twice with hey now and we all love it! Keep it up staff... You are greatly appreciated.

Worst experience at a professional establishment EVER. EVEN THOUGH ITS CHEAP IT'S A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. The theaters reek of mildew. The seats are terrible with barely and padding. They PLAYED THE WRONG MOVIE and when we asked for a refund, the general manager said no and told us we were lying. She called us kids (even though were are adults) and yelled at us for being rude to her. We bought our tickets online and showed them to her and she still didn't believe that we bought tickets and that the wrong movie was playing. She actually CALLED THE POLICE ON US because we wouldn't leave when all we wanted was a refund. When the police came she denied ever yelling and said we were causing trouble. She tried to act all sweet and innocent when they got there even though she was just yelling at us. She was completely insane and the police just told us there was nothing they could do. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

First time there but it was a nice theater for an older one. We were helped right away. But all in all we really enjoyed it!!

Went to a late showing of Black Panther. Staff is excellent, if a little naive, but was working hard. I can only assume it was a busy day. Prices were reasonable enough, for a theater, of course that's still over inflated for what you get snack wise. The building and the theater were messy. Trash everywhere. The sofa dispensers were out of ice. And at least 2 of 4 popcorn butter dispensers were not working. This theater is showing it's age. With a good number of worn out seats and could use an update.

This is the only movie theatre in Hamilton. They didn't have adequate staffing which created long lines at concessions. Great to pop in for a film, but needs a thorough cleaning before I'd suggest taking a date there. Prices are commensurate with other theatres in Butler County.
