Regal Cinemas American Mall 12

Awesome location. Massive parking lot. Seating was comfortable and the seats were plush leather. Screen was blemish free and the sound quality is amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful to direct us to where we needed to go. Food quality is decent for theatre food.

This establishment always has a large variety of entertaing films ranging from horror to comedy. The ticket prices are reasonable for singles and couples, I imagine a family would spend more than expected but that's neither here or there. I have no complaints about the food(I'm a simple popcorn and soda boy). The large popcorn is MASSIVE. And finally I most appreciate the fact that it is always clean. If someone spills popcorn the staff immediately sweeps it up. I've never walked on a sticky floor and the men's bathroom always smells clean.

The staff was very friendly and all expectations were met. However, I watched a movie (that had been out for a while) during the week at a very not busy time of the day. Ticket prices matched what I'd expect for weekend times. I've certainly been in higher quality theatres for similar, if not cheaper, costs.

There was no bartender during day. The chairs are horrible. The place smelled and they tried to mask it with air- freshener. I liked the hallways though.

Buying tickets online and using the code scanner saves time and no lnes to wait. Concessions have good food. I have been to 3 screens here and even the smallest of the 3 has great viewing and sound (all 3 we're real3D). The ushers and ticket takers are all curtious.
