Normally enjoy watching movies often. But don't particular like the staff. Last visit was different. Young lady at concession stand, Delilah. She made my day, smile the whole time. Good luck to you, keep up the good work. Now the prices, highway robbery. I want so badly, to bring food court delights. From business stand point. Excellent policy, more money for corporate.

I used to work here, and from what I've seen, it is a good place to see a movie. The only problems are going on Tuesday or weekends because people are relentless. If you go on any other day you can expect nice staff and a relaxing experience

I used to love this place, but now I feel like I can only come to franklin park for the stores because the theatre is disgusting. When I came into my theatre right after cleaning there was still sticky stuff all over the floor. The seats are so worn down and the clothes feels gross. Plus this neighborhood is prone to bedbugs, its about time this movie theater invests in some leather or non-cloth seats instead of fancy arcade games and show-time boards. I felt nasty sitting in the theatre. The air smells bad and it feels humid as well.

If you are new to the area, then might have a rough experience. In my opinion it's a good theater, rarely have had a bad time. Now the food/drinks? Tons of options, but yes they are pricey. If this is your first time ever to a theater then welcome to the theater life. Food and drinks are always overcharged, doesn't matter the location. It's how they make a profit, sucks for us but it's the truth. The lines are usually long and crowded. This is basically one of the few theaters in the area, and only close one in the Toledo area. Toledo isn't the best city, so yeah you get a lot of annoying people. And don't be surprised if someone behind you smells funny. And again, it's basically the only theater nearby so lots of people. I for one go to XD, it's more expensive but not by that much and the screening/seats are by FAR better than the normal rooms. I think it's worth the extra money. Only thing kinda annoying about XD is the "reserving" seats, which is a fairly new feature. It's annoying because the seat you pick almost never matters. Some people will sit where they selected, and others will just pick a spot. Solution? Come early if you really want a seat that you prefer, I like the top row with the railings near the exit door. Also, we have kinda strict rules for younger people. Once the mall in downtown Toledo closed this mall became the only one. Which brought a lot of trouble, luckily rules and changes have been made so no more fights breaking out. But you will need an ID and there's curfew. So sorry to the 18 year old at 9pm trying to see a movie without an ID. Blame other young idiots who causing fights and other stupid trouble.

I am happy with Cinemark for over 10 years. I'm especially happy with Cinemark movie club subscription and it's worth the discount on 20% discount on concessions. 5 stars
