AMC CLASSIC Findlay 12

Very clean and staff is friendly. Ticket prices are average but any concessions cost an arm and a leg (popcorn and drink upwards of $15). They do bring food to you during movie if you are already seated waiting for an order which is nice. The Theater can sometimes get cold so be prepared if you chill easily. I rated 4 star simply because price of concessions could be lowered and at times the minimal staff focusing solely on the concession leaves no one in the box office forcing you to wait in a huge line to even just get tickets if not bought online.

First time to this theatre as I live 30 minutes away and our theatre was not playing the movie I wanted to see. Was expecting a nice experience but that was not the case. The foyer and snack lines floors were very dirty and even worse behind the counters. Restrooms were not any better. Only 2 pop machines but only one was up and running. Popcorn was less than average. I will not return to this theatre and will be leery of any AMC theatre. Movie was great!

Well my wife and I decided to go out for a nice night of bowling, just to discover that you guy were closed. This wouldn’t be a problem if the time I verified on your website mislead me and my wife. We planned to only bowl a game but the fun night was ruined by the incorrect time that was posted on your website. I would greatly appreciate if that would get fixed ASAP therefor innocent couples like us will not be mislead again. Thank you.

Saw one movie and the aspect ratio was off, the movie was projected much smaller than it should have been (the screen was extended to the right size but the movie was projected smaller). It was a highly anticipated movie and was disappointing. Tonight we saw another movie and the movie was fine but for the majority the previews there was no picture. We listened to advertisements and had nothing to look at. Advertisers would likely not be happy to hear that their ads had only audio.

It's very pricy. The if you go on a cool or cold day bring a coat to wear in theater. Went to see movie. It was very cold I ask staff if they could turn the heat on. They said they didn't know. It's on of the priciest theater around hear and you have to wear a coat to stay warm. This happen on more then one time. There saving money to up there profit. Maybe if the staff wasn't running around playing they could clean this place up.
