Easton Town Center is touted as a upscale shopping center, but the AMC definitely does not live up to that upscale feeling. First off, only one person at front handling guest services and scanning tickets. Doesn't seem to care about her job, and more interested in chatting with her friends than doing her job.
Secondly, is there anyone responsible for keeping the front lobby cleaned? Carpets were dirty. The concessions are set up to where you grab what you want and pay at the end. The idea of self service is great as long as the employee's are keeping it clean and stocked.
The theater itself was clean and had great Dolby Sounds.
Definitely will look at other cinema's if I am going out to see a movie.

Very expensive tickets.
Concession stand was the most confusing experience. There were no walkway signs or prices on any items. Apparently, it was 'served cafeteria style' though how anyone was supposed to know that, I'm not sure.
Seats were so slender! I have literally had coach airplane seats that were roomier.
Also, it was incredibly difficult to find our assigned seats! There were very infrequent markings in the carpet as the only letter signs.
The projector and sound were decent, but the other things were too frustrating to return.

This is overall a really nice theater. It has convenient free parking in your choice of a few garages (the West garage being the closest and also attached), it’s inside of a mall so there are things to do while you wait, and the theaters themselves have reserved seating, so there’s no searching for an empty seat when you get in.
The dine in option is nice and the food isn’t too expensive considering the convenience (~$12-16 per entree, with choices like a burger and fries, flatbread pizza, or some various bowls). If you want alcohol it does tend to be a little pricey. The domestic beers are around $8 for a 24oz and any hard alcohol beverages are going to be around $10, but in my experience they don’t short you on the alcohol like some places do.
The only downside to the dine in theaters to me is that they are a bit brighter than the non dining theaters, plus the light behind your chair can’t be turned off, which can be a little annoying if you have glasses like me as it can reflect depending on how you sit.
I’m not sure if they have any “regular” seats in this theater, as I’ve only been in ones with the AMC signature recliners, but the recliners are very comfortable and make for a relaxing way to enjoy the movie.

Ending first: I am done with AMC.
I tried a different night and location hoping for improvement. The ticket sale was appropriate (3D IMAX). The lines were not that bad. There was a decent seat in H2. .. ... And then the concessions....well, "f...... $...!" The staff walk away when trying to pay for popcorn and a drink. I leave it to check on the start of the movie. Oops, too late. Exit. I head to Guest Relations. "Here," handing my ticket stub, glasses and receipt. I leave. I enter my vehicle, write this review and never return to AMC.

This place used to be amazing and so nice. However in the past two years of going to this theater things have gone downhill fast. Last night a friend and I went to the dine in service for a movie, I had my button pressed for 35 minutes and still hadn't received any service. At that point I got fed up and just turned off the service button. The couple beside me had also pressed their button around the same time I did and didn't receive service until about 10-15 minutes after I shut mine off. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and not well kept at all. Seats are also becoming very worn, cracking and broken down. Hope this place gets an overhaul because it used to be one of my favorite places for see a movie.
