Great place to watch a movie. They have big comfortable seats that fully recline. It is a massive theatre with lots of room and so many options. There are plenty of food options and they will deliver to your seats if you order ahead. I love that they have the Coke Freestyle Machine.
This place has gone WAY down hill. The entire theater…from the entrance to the seats to the restrooms are INCREDIBLY dirty. I don’t expect much from a movie theater but when you spend close to $300 on tickets/snacks/food & drinks for four people…the LEAST they can do is sweep the floors and remove the old food from the seats. We opted for a “dine-in” movie…ordering our food ahead of time to be delivered at the beginning of our movie. After 45min of waiting I left my family to find our food. No one could locate our items. The food finally arrived I missed close to half of the movie trying to figure it out. The food was cold and just gross. Totally a disappointment
Absolutely not a dine in theater. You can order in the long concession line and they will deliver to your seat. Why would I pay extra for this? We also tried to use the app. It doesn't work for this dine-in theater. The seats in the theater are super narrow. I'm an average person and this seat is tight. And to top it off, they have these annoying lights that are on during the entire movie. Why would I want a bright light blaring the entire movie? I will not be back. What a disappointment.
Movie theater is a movie theater but this one is GIANT. So many showings in one location. Being giant might be why our recliner seats didn’t work and why the food trays had stuck on cheese and greasy fingerprints all over. Covid along with a million other viruses are still around but I don’t think this theater cares. Bring your own Clorox wipes or find another theater. We had never been to a movie theater with dinner delivery to your seat. Don’t bother. The food trays were never cleaned from the previous movie showing so there was nothing that made us feel good about eating there. We were not given any condiments and when we asked for something to clean the area before sitting down our food containers to eat - they never came back with anything to clean our area. Bigger isn’t always better. I think I’ll stick to my small town theaters. If you just want to see a movie - you can go here. If you want food - try somewhere else.
Went to see the new Avatar movie Way of the water, Movie was good. I found the seats to be very uncomfortable to the point I had to get up and go out and take a break from sitting uncomfortably. I found lots of problems with the ADA parking was unavailable didn't see any. Forced to use stairs to get to my ADA seats
This is my favorite movie theatres in Columbus. Its massive structure and its location is ideal because it is centered in the northeast part of the city and provides access to other areas at Easton. Their screens provide good quality and sounds. Decent food and snacks to enjoy. Their nachos are good. Decent adult beverages. Modern restrooms. Nice and friendly staff. The seats are the best because they recline to emulate as if you are laying down. Parking garages within the mall where the theater is located. Parking spaces available as well as meter parking.
This is not a dine-in theater. The kitchen closed at 5pm on a recent visit. No warning when purchasing tickets that only sub-par movie snacks would be available. The Coke remix machines were nearly all out of 45-60% of the drink offerings. They don’t even bother to offer Nachos that aren’t pre packaged with individually packaged single serve shelf-stable cheese. The carpet in high traffic areas is as black as the night sky. The bathrooms reek of urine and clearly hadn’t been cleaned all day. Spoke with the manager in a rather respectful way and he didn’t even apologize. He was apathetic at best. Simply said he understood my frustration. Won’t be returning to this dump ever. AMC needs to turn over the keys to a theater company that actually cares. This is a clear example of an imploding organization that has obviously thrown in the towel.
This was our first and last time visiting AMC Dine In at Easton. We were greeted with negative attitudes when we arrived 30 minutes before our movie and told to come back later. When we came back, there was no guidance as to where to go first. We were called back to the guest services table and the same woman who told us to leave earlier had the same negative attitude with us. We explained it was our first time and weren’t sure of the process here. We came to this theater specifically to have food with the movie. However when we got to the concession stand, the only food available for purchase was popcorn. The person working concessions spoke unenthusiasticly and quietly. We were truly looking forward to a great experience here. We will not be back.
If I could do zero stars I would. We ordered ahead online; movie tickets and dinner $80 bill in total and waited OVER TWO AND A HALF HOURS for food that never came. My husband went out to check on the order half way through the movie and waited 30 minutes in line to be told he needed to wait in line again to talk to someone else who then “checked with the kitchen” but didn’t even ask what our order was and came back and lied straight to his face. Saying it was the next order to be made and that the kitchen was just AN HOUR BEHIND…. We finished the movie.. still no food. Waited in line AGAIN for 15 minutes waiting to get a refund. And to top it off even the manager acted like it was no big deal. It took so long to even talk to the manager that THE KITCHEN WAS CLOSED!!! And he was acting like it was completely normal that they just missed our entire order and lied straight to our faces about it. I will NEVER come back to this theater again. Absolutely ludicrous.
AMC Movies is horrible! The staff members we came in contact with don’t want to do the job they agreed to complete. 1st issue-no one has signal to pull up online tickets. Couldn’t even pull it from apple wallet because something blocks your connection. You can’t pull up your ticket’s, you leave one line to go to member service. Provide the reservation details to be told it’s useless. If you use ApplePay to purchase, they can’t use this to pull the details. They direct you to go back downstairs to Capital One to get a stronger signal. Heading down the escalator another staff member hears me telling the kids why we’re going back down. Told the reservation can be used. Go backup the escalator, the reps are so busy playing in each others face. They told me they can’t enter anything, only scan, and showing the reservation with our seats wasn’t good enough. She even confirmed she can see the seats are reserved on her computer. Twenty minutes later, after requesting the supervisor. He tells her to put the details in. She starts to push back with him when he tells her to try it. Her push back was she has tried it before & knows it never works, so she refused to try it again. She finally does it. It works, and now we don’t have time for the kids to check the snacks out. Movie started at 6:15, we started this process at 6:05 and didn’t make it to the movie until 6:35. Supervisor tells us, we still have a couple minutes to be seated. It was at that point, I realized a review will support the experience. No apology or nothing! Go Elsewhere for movies!
