AMC Methuen 20

Very comfortable seats. I didn't like having to choose my seat when i don't know how the theater is set up, no visual of how close to the screen you are actually sitting. The lights didn't come on until the end of the credits which was hard on my mother who has to use the restroom but has a hard time walking and couldn't see the steps well. In fact my theater was full of older ladies and a lot of them were trying to leave the theater before the lights came up because they were sitting long enough. (We saw Book Club)

The theater is very clean and the seats are super comfortable. I was very pleased that I was able to bring my soda that I was already drinking into the theater. As a result I could give this four stars. It is very expensive to go to the movies now a days, and I am very glad to see that they are not overly strict. I did still purchase products at the concession stand but was pleased that I didn't have to repurchase a soda. I felt as a consumer that was very considerate and would definitely go here again!

This movie theater is awesome but staff is not really good. Seats are comfortable as compared to other theaters like Regal. Screens are big. Morning shows are cheaper. These guys usually check IDs for Movie pass holders. For Movie Pass holders they usually send to their managers and they waste some time. Manager was not very friendly. Overall experience is average.

This AMC is huge! About 20 screens playing multiple movies including latest foreign movies. They have good customer service and ticket buying process is super quick and easy! The restrooms are pretty clean and they have multiple snack buying options and even have a bar!

This is a great theater. Plenty of food options and they have a full bar! They have loads of screens so there's always something for everyone and their stadium leather recliners just top it all off. I will say though, they have those new Dyson blade hands dryers. I hate them but if that's the only complaint I can come up with than I'm more than happy.
