I left my glasses at American Eagle while trying on clothes and someone turned them in. Staff we're very helpful and understanding. I live in ND so I appreciate the help!

Kayla was amazing, i inadvertently purchased 5 flex jeans instead of the regular ones. When i returned them she was able to order what i wanted and had them shipped to my house.
Super helpful and patient.

They close at 6 NOT 7 on Sundays as their website suggests!  =(

Was in there yesterday with my boyfriend. We shopped for about 10-15 minutes and not one person asked if we needed help. Staff was too busy talking to each other.

I love that you can use their website to check for inventory in stock and then have them hold items for you to try:). They will have the items ready for you at the checkout register. And I also love that they sell long and extra long denim for women.
