Bought winter gear for my kiddo for the first time with this company this winter, it was an easy process very friendly and helpful staff. Daughter came home with a broken zipper a week ago. I emailed the company and they responded within a day telling me to bring in the coat and they would fix it. I dreaded the process and how long I thought it would take, I finally brought it in today. They were super helpful and instead of taking it to be fixed they just gave her the exact coat. It was an extremely easy and fast process which I appreciated a lot since I was worried about her not having a coat for a few days. Will definitely buy from them again.

Never been able to get in: 1st. time- Oct. there was a private sale, 2nd. time - Dic. I was told it stays open only in October. Bye

FYI - this seems to be a seasonally open store. Ought to update their hours on Google. Otherwise, glad it exists.
