Eddie Bauer

Eddie Bauer clothing is either hit or miss for me. The staff at the Empire Mall location however are a home run every time. They're very helpful, never act as though they'd rather be doing something else and are very approachable (i.e., not snooty like so many other retail sales people are in Sioux Falls for some mysterious reason). I believe this stems from their manager - who I've always been impressed with.

Went in to look for some specific items as I am planning a camping trip. 2 store associates were in the front, 1 who greeted me. However, I did not hear her right away because I am hard of hearing. When I looked to see where the voice came from, I saw that one of the associates was snickering to the other. Didn't think it was funny to laugh at someone who is hearing impaired.

Top notch service and store. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. If they don't have it in stock they'll order it and have it delivered to you. I bought 6 jackets as Christmas gifts-everyone loved them- Special thanks to Jesse for all his help!

Extremely friendly staff. Always very helpful in locating product or offering assistance with sizing, suggestions, etc... Very useful as well if needing to return online Eddie Bauer purchases in store.

They have tall sizes that are not huge, like every other store, and they have great holiday specials! The staff is always great and helpful.
