Love American Eagle clothing! This store always has great customer service. They help you and don't make you feel like you are a burden. They have a variety of sizes which is nice too.
The manager with short blonde hair and is a bit tall was super rude when i only asked a question about the pants i was going to buy, after her rude customer service i will never be shopping here again and ended up not buying the pants. Very disappointed in how i was treated and the store...
I would avoid this place, personally. The service I get here is very inconsistent but mostly just plain bad. The employees treat you very poorly. I've had an employee roll their eyes at us and ignore us just a day ago. I've had another get angry in her tone of her voice and her body language after I refused to give my email and even tried to lie about the fact that she needs it before I can get my receipt. These were two different times with two different managers. I have complained to one of the managers and he has been both unapologetic and complacent. I'm very doubtful about ever shopping with the company again.
Went to go buy jeans and shorts today!! Its worth paying $100 for them and they last longer and more comfortable than Hollister.
Staff was great. Amazing variety and sale merchandise. Will shop there again. Also sign up for emails for future notifications and discounts.
