The Buckle

I truly love this store. Doris is amazing she helps me find what I need every time that way I am in and out. If you can’t figure out what to wear ask Doris she has such cute style!

I am very disappointed by the extremely, poor customer service experience I received today. My second time in this store and both times it was a poor experience. Mind blown! 3 employees working today and only one young curly haired kid was nice and actually acknowledged us. Other 2 teammates were behind the registers having a conversation while every guest in the store self shopped. I had to ask for a fitting room and another guy with clothes in hand as well. No one checked on us and offered to get more sizes. I went to the register and had to wait for the 2 teammates to stop their conversation. Then they just stared at me as if I was being rude for having interrupted them. No acknowledgement or hi how can I help? I asked to make my payment which they took. They might as well of had self checkout registers cause it looked and felt like no one worked there or no one was in charge. The only reason I'll go back is because Buckle is my favorite store. So much potential in this store to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for the guest. However it's creating bad experiences which is bad for business!

I’ve been dreading going jean shopping all week. I usually go to boot barn or cavendars, but never love what I leave with. I decided to try buckle this afternoon, just because I was already at the mall. Kyle and Danielle, who were obviously short staffed, were beyond helpful. I asked for a larger size originally but I’ve lost weight and they didn’t fit—so they helped me when I said it felt too big, they picked out all of the brands and styles that I asked for. They were truly wonderful. I’ve never walked away from shopping feeling so good about myself without the hassle! Will shop at buckle from now on! Thank you Kyle and Danielle!

I hate how they jump all over you the minute you walk in the store. A simple, 'hello, here are the sales" works just fine and then they should bug off. I went in there to exchange some pants but all the sales girl wanted me to do was try on things SHE picked out. She didn't even get the length or style right. I don't expect them to know my style 100% but don't jump all over me when you didn't even get the basics right. I really wanted pants but instead I walked out of there with nothing and they put the money back on my card. I like the store and I like shopping there but man, back off and let me look around. I won't be going back to this Buckle.

The sales people are super aggressive and won't let you shop in peace. I feel like I'm talking to a used car salesman. I get that you work on commission, but BACK OFF! Can I have a chance to look around? I will ask for help if I need it. I can't shop in peace here, it's impossible. It happens every time. I give up.

Good service. It's rare today to find store workers that actually try to sell you their products. Good clothes, tho some are a bit pricey. Overall a really good experience.
