Horrible experience with online pickup orders twice. The first time, the order was supposed to be ready within two hours, they never fulfilled it, and the manager I think her name was Felicity said that they needed to ship the items to the store and hung up on me despite the order needing to be ready the same day. They didn’t want to fulfill that order at all clearly. The second time, most of the items needed to be shipped to the store and on my app, it said that the items aren’t ready for pickup. When I called the store to ask on the status of the order, they said the items were ready and when I came to pick up the items, they made me go to the locker and when I tried to scan my barcode it never worked and never got a code. They clearly didn’t fulfill the order despite them saying they did. Clearly they don’t care about customers. Horrible employees and management with horrible customer service.

Extremely frustrating, placed a pick up order for new jeans for Monday early Saturday. Pickup said within 2 hours. Here I am going into Monday an still order says in progress. How the hell does it take that long for a instore pick up order.? Then I can’t cancel my order to buy jeans some where else cause you have to do it within a hour of placing your order? Well what does it matter if you guys still haven’t packed or done anything with it.

Love the jeans but the staff here is very frustrating. Chatting by the register as a group while people are waiting to try things on. Got home with a new pair of jeans and they left the security tag on. Called for guidance and there’s no apology, just a request to drive back across town back to the shop. A little more professionalism would go a long way.

I recently went to this AE I had the most amazing customer service. I was able to order some items that weren’t in store & the associates were all happy to help!

Worst store in the mall, they are rude and don’t say a word to at all, I’ve had this experience more than once. Got walked in in the dressing room first person to let in and some how she forgot? There has never been a single nice person here ever. Please go out out of your way and go to another one. Next time I’ll be gladly to cuss your whole staff out.

Had a fantastic experience here this weekend. The staff is all SO friendly and the store was really well kept - everything was folded nicely and organized. The dressing rooms were clean and lovely. One guy came up to me and asked if he could start a fitting room for me - when I went to the fitting room, everything was laid out beautifully for me and organized by size. This is also the only place in the mall that had jean shorts that weren’t inappropriately short. They are also the softest denim I’ve ever felt! Loved it here. Will go back for sure.

The worst customer service ever. I have never had an issue with AE before, but this store was horrendous. I went in to return my jeans and my leggings because of bad quality and the door lady took both my items and did not give them back to me. She did not point me in any direction to get any help from anyone and she kept passing off my clothes to three other workers. Sorry but I BROUGHT MY OWN CLOTHES in that I BOUGHT. There is no reason she should be handing it off to other workers when I did not give her permission to.I then Proceeded to go to the front desk and process the return and they accused me of washing and wearing my clothes. All I did was try them on. I did not wear them out of my house nor did I wash them. All in all, they made me feel like I wasn’t being listened to and were extremely rude and condescending. Save yourself a trip and don’t go here.

Bad customer service. I ordered a pair of jeans for curbside pickup. The email with pickup directions sent me to the wrong location. After 10+ min of searching I finally found it. The girl brought out my order; I left to go home. When I got home I opened my order and realized they never removed the security tag that sets the alarms off when you walk in/out of the store. I called and they promised me a 15% discount on my order, so I made the 20 min drive back to the store to have it removed. When I got there, they said they had been expecting me. Then the manager removed the tag and sent me on my way with no discount on my order or even a coupon on a future purchase. If you promise someone a discount over the phone, honor it in person. So annoyed and disappointed at how poorly they are managing pickup orders and customer service. Would NOT recommend this AE store.

I have been shopping at this location sporadically over the last 5 years, and much more frequently over the last 2, and I've been meaning to leave a positive review forever! Every single time I come in, everyone is so welcoming, kind, and helpful...never overbearing and never feel pressured into purchasing. The customer service is so good i switched from primarily shopping online to WANTING to come in the store, even after they started charging for parking. I just wanted to say thank you for being so awesome!
