Lisa is an amazing agent, going up and above for her clients. My husband and I bought a new home a few years and it had older appliances. Lisa recommended that we put an equipment breakdown coverage on our home owner’s policy for a nominal cost. I’m so glad we did as we ended up needing a new AC unit and HVAC system which was covered by insurance. I couldn’t recommend a better agent and insurance company!

In an age of a lack of personal services, where time is wasted submitting online information over and over again, and the only voice interaction is likely to be with an AI, this agency has always responded personally, with a phone call, to our needs. Also, we stayed with this agency for 22 years because, when it counted, they always delivered, without hassle, and that more than made up for any premium we might have been paying over the cheapest competitor in the market.
