I would never recommend this company to anyone I know. I have been working with them for a month due to being hit by one of their customers. Horrible communication and the representatives are extremely rude. During a stressful time I would hope for compassion and empathy, instead I have received nothing but incredibly rude treatment.

Never ever again with this company. I fired them and my insurance agent because he caries these rip-off thieves.

Horrible company.  One of their insured wrecked our trailer.  They refused to back up their comps, offered a lowball amount, and were totally unworkable.  We had to have our insurance company run the claim and then go after them.

Will not provide valid comps for used items, Also not willing to help with any of the inspections etc...
