I have recently taken a mortgage from this company. Richard Velotti was my loan officer and he had done a great job in explaining me things, providing right guidance. Whatever I was told during origination exactly matched with final closing figures, there were no hidden costs. Richard was also very prompt in responding to my emails or giving a call back. I will certainly recommend.

They did a great job for me. This was the second time I've used this company and they were great. I worked with Mark Camp. Their rates are lower compared to other lenders, sometimes by a lot, and they complete everything quick and effectively. I wish they did loans in every state.

In particular, Cynthia Bidlack and Eric Kaminaris, who are highly professional, very knowledgeable and soft spoken, have led us through the purchasing process from A to Z. They are always there, always reply to your emails without any delays. They make thoughtful recommendations and professionally answer any of your questions and great details. We have some property buying experience in the past, but dealing with American Federal Mortgage is the most pleasant and well organized out of all.
