He also gave me some really useful advice when negotiating with the sellers and kept my best interests at heart. We were waiting for our house for 9 months and Jake was there the entire time. Best people to work with... Robert was very nice and honest but at the same time very experienced, was able to close on my refi within 4 weeks like he initially promised. He kept his word on every aspect and kept the ride smooth as his secretary is also very knowledgeable and wasted no time as she contacted me throughout the whole process keeping me posted and retrieving proper documents necessary for the bank. I would 100% use them over and over again, am forever greatful for their service.
