Wow, there are some scathing reviews of this company. I will tell you the truth I have also had some ups and downs with American Laser Skincare in the past. I will focus on the positive and stay in the here and now. I paid over $5,000.00 for hair removal and skin care procedures. I paid it all upfront and they have honored my contract and number of treatments. The rules have change over the two years of treatment but I am told we will finish the course. Fair enough. My FULL BODY HAIR REMOVAL has been a real challenge. They use to use a different laser which I won't dwell on, just be thankful they have a new laser that works very well. It use to take two days for treatment and very painful. Now half the time and I can really see results. Pain is much less. Satisfied. Staff: I was seen Downtown Seattle for most of my treatments and the turn over with staff and management was extremely high. The Lynnwood office is much more stable. The staff is FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL. That says a lot coming from me and my background. Satisfied. Would I recommend the Lynnwood location for full body hair removal? YES Pay upfront if you can. Be diligent with scheduling appointments Show up on time, maybe a little early Be patient, this is going to try you but you can get there Be friendly and professional and it will work out

American Laser Skincare is the Best Place EVER!!!. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I had several different treatments done and have been a client for years … I am extremely happy with the results and keep coming back. The latest thing I tried is the new Zerona treatment and it is amazing! Totally painless and it melts your fat away… what else can you ask for. I lost over 20 inches throughout my body. LOVE IT! I also tried hair laser removal and it works! No more waxing my underamrs, lips, bikini, full leg … totally hairless! They perform all kinds of different cosmetic staff including botox, fillers, hair removal, photofacials, dark spots removal, ematrix, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, etc. … you name it they do it and they do it well! The prices are very affordable and also they run specials all the time. Every once in a while they have open houses and the deals at that time are amazing too! I highly recommend this place to everybody!

They NEVER answer their infernal phone! Will not go to them.
