I've been to this establishment MONTHS AGO, and thought I'd revisit yelp reviews, nothing has changed. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! My girlfriend was just telling me how she' was planning on getting treatment there, I saved her. I explained my experience, what I've seen and said to read all the reviews - because that many people truly aren't lying. The response to these reviews are awful, the worst customer service on the planet. I truly feel for those who actually have been to this awful facility. MY REVIEW is a NEGATIVE -10

They cancelled on me in the last moment. So you need to give a 48 hours notice to cancel but they can do it in in the last moment and it's okay. Plus the excuse was so cheap: one went to the emergency room and now they all have to go. Pfff.... Didn't bother to come up with a half baked lie. How can you trust people like this to mess with your face or other body parts?

Worst customer service ever! Called them week after week to schedule appointment and all I would get is voice mail. If someone would pick up phone, I would get to hear the music for 15/20 minutes and then hang up. This has happened over and over again. Also I would tell the person what I am calling about and then after they look up everything they would hand me over to another person and we would start from zero. This happened over and over. Finally I asked for a refund. They said ok. I called again and they said it should have been refunded. Two more weeks later - no refund. And I am back to calling them again and again now about refund. Please never buy from them. You will save your health from all that stress.

How is it that this business has stayed open for so long ? we used to own a medical spa and I have never had the worst customer service ever definitely stay away choose other places that are more reputable like Naficy plastic surgery Dr. Madison even Dr. Remington but I would avoid This place at all costs Here’s my prediction they’re going to post on here that I was belligerent and rude and difficult person to handle over the phone because I asked a couple questions this is the response that they give everybody so don’t listen to it this place is absolutely bottom feeding
