I had advancing rosacea on my face and was referred to Dr. Chiu of Bellevue Laser Center by my dermatologist for treatment. After our initial meeting, she recommended Rhinophyma re-surfacing of my nose and V-Beam laser treatment for my face. She thoroughly explained the procedures, and what expect afterword. The results were outstanding. A 5 star result deserves a 5 star rating. I highly recommend Dr. Chiu and the practice.

Thank you to the team @ The Bellevue Laser & Cosmetic Center for getting me to the point where I am comfortable and confidant with the appearance of my skin. In my 20's I struggled with horrible hormonal, cystic acne, and for TWENTY years I was unhappy with the overall look and texture of my skin. This all changed once I trusted my skin to the masters at Bellevue Laser. Full Disclosure- I manage the clinic so I have easy access the the providers and services. That being said, I have been to many dermatologists over the years and this clinic is the best of the best (I would not work here if I didn't believe in the providers, services and products 100%). Dr. Chiu is an artist with dermal fillers- they leave me looking rejuvenated and well rested. She did an incredible job with my tear troughs and did an impeccable job subtly enhancing the natural shape of my lips. Nicki Vaseghi (Master Esthetician) is a perfectionist and an exceptional provider- her expertise with the IPL laser, chemical peels & waxing is bar none. My regular "tune ups" with her have been life changing. Dr. Linnell's Botox touch ups keep my forehead wrinkle-free... I am so happy that the crazy deep crease between my eyes is finally under control! She also helped me manage a stubborn patch of eczema! Regardless of your skin care needs (medical or cosmetic), Bellevue Laser and Cosmetic Center will not disappoint!

Dr. Chiu has been a godsend. With minimal annual treatments, she has been able to not only stave off the effects of aging in my face, but reverse them. At 42 years old, I am most often told I look between 29 and 32. It's incredibly fun to look as young as I still feel and I thank her silently every time someone doesn't believe me when I tell them my real age. A cosmetic dermatologist is not just a doctor, they are also an artist; Dr. Chiu knows not only WHERE to put fillers, but WHEN TO STOP for the most natural effect. My best friend of 20 years never knows what I've had done, only that over the years, I somehow manage to look the same. Dr. Chiu has used a combination of fillers & lasers to lift sagging jowls, plump hollowing cheekbones & loss of upper chin volume, correct asymmetries, erase lip lines, soften smile lines & nasal labial creases, and remove brown spots & broken capillaries. Always with a keen eye & gentle touch, she never does too much, but won't stop till she has it just right. She's enthusiastic about making my face look young, healthy & natural, and best of all she's confident, which inspires confidence in me. As a bonus, the office design is stunning- clean, beautiful, and relaxing - almost like a spa. If you can't tell - I'm extremely happy with the experiences I've had with Dr. Chiu & Bellevue. I can't recommend her & her staff highly enough!

I booked an appointment for last Monday at 1215. Before I made the appointment, they charged me 75$ to book it which is fine. However when i went ther I was not seen or even told anything until 1250 after which I asked them how much more do I have to wait and was told that at least another 20 minutes. What bothered me was that if you are running behind by an hour, the least you can do is let people waiting know that. Monday is my only weekday off and I had to go to another appointment so I left without anyone even saying that they're sorry or offering to reschedule. Today i called them to schedule another appointment and was told that the 75$ I paid for the last one had been applied to a missed appointment from over a year ago and I have to pay another 75$ to make a new appointment. I told the person I was talking to that nobody told me that last time I called or was there and she replied saying that it does not matter and if I want to be seen again that's the deal.,.....seriously!!! She might be a good clinician but I found their scheduling and billing very shady. I have never given a business 1 star even if I don't have the best experience but in this case, I was pushed too hard. My money taken, no one able to see me within an hour of my scheduled time and asked for more money to schedule another time.
