In the 21 years I have lived with a well I have had to call American about 3 times, and it's always an emergency and usually something major. They have always gotten right back to me, and always fixed up my problem the first trip. Repairs have always lasted, meaning I've never had to replace or repair anything they have installed. I trust them and refer them.

Talked to Randy the owner I believe and set up an appointment. They no call, no showed me. Very unprofessional from the initial phone call. He couldn't even crawl out of his well hole to tell me he couldn't show.
