Our water went out late last night (Saturday night). I called Kirschenman's at 7:15 this morning (Sunday morning) and left a message not expecting to hear back until Monday. He called back 5 minutes later and was already heading to our house. He had the problem fixed by 8:45 am for a very reasonable price. I have never been so pleased with customer service like I was today. Thank you so much, Kirschenmans, for getting our water back on so quickly. Between me first calling and them getting out here and fixing it only took 90 minutes!! Seriously impressive!!
