It's a great place to eat; their lunch specials are good and a great price! They always give a bit of dessert after your meal, usually a cookie. It's a pleasant surprise; who does that? Only American West as far as I know. The owners are usually present and visit with their guests. It's a clean, welcoming place to enjoy a meal.

Ate here on the way from moving from North Dakota to Colorado and got what they are known for the fried steak tips and they were GROSS! It tasted like they fried them in old old fryer oil and it was so bad. I wish I had steak tips that were not fried.

Great staff and friendly atmosphere. The food was reasonably priced and offered a top choice for prime rib. The specials are great! Even when they are busy they offer great service!
