A&w All-American Food

I just want to thank the manager for the Great customer service and professional response she gave me when I had an error with my order. I understand things can happen but it is the action or reaction from the establishment that makes all the difference. Thank you Shelly, you made a great impression.

The burgers are slapped together and very small for the price. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the only bacon I got was 1 skinny little piece an inch long. The fried foods taste like they need to change the oil. Service was very friendly though.

I had to click on a star in order to give a review otherwise I wouldn't have even given it one. I came in at 8:35 I was on my cell phone. I respectfully finished my call at 8:39. I asked the gentleman behind the counter who was sweeping if I could order a meal. He asked me what time it was I said 8:39. He said sorry we're closed at 8:30. I walked back out to my truck. Googled that restaurant and the hours say 9 pm. Either he was lying or Google was lying. I'll never stop there again

The guy was very rude on the speaker when I placed my order. I got to the window and a woman asked me what my order was. I told her. Then a guy came to the window and asked my order, so I repeated it. About 15 minutes later my food came out the window. He said "see ya" and shut the window. I knocked on the window as I still needed my drink. He opened the window and said "What?" I asked for my drink. About 2 minutes later he handed me a cup, that was soaked on the outside with root beer and bubbling out the straw hole. I knocked on the window again and asked for napkins as i'm holding my cup out the window so it doesn't leak all over my car. He handed me one napkin, didn't say anything, and shut the window. Very poor customer service.

This A&W definitely isn't like all the other day for A&W's it there. It has that hometown restaurant feel!
