I had my wife's windows tinted today. I could tell it was out of the ordinary, but there was only one person working. He was installing, answering the phones, taking deliveries, basically doing it all. I do not mention this in a negative way. I overheard him say that something unavoidable came up as to why he was working solo. Even though he was super busy doing all this, he still had a wonderful attitude and did an awesome job. The windows look great and he had me ready to go 30 minutes after my appointment time. Will definitely use them in the future.

I had a wonderful experience! When I went in, the guy who installs the tint had the machine cut it to my style of window, 2011 Jeep grand Cherokee, but the machine cut it wrong. OOPS! It ended up being too short so he was going to cut it by hand. I was impressed BUT he didn't have enough of the percent I was looking for. He offered to do a lighter tint but me being picky opted to waiting until he ordered more. It was only a few days wait. Anyway, the story concluded with them doing whatever it took to keep me happy and that was the best experience I have had with a tint shop. They were able to accommodate me and what I wanted my tint to look like. They are the best in my opinion! Thank you, all!

I’ve had American Window Tinting tint multiple cars I’ve owned over the years and each time the experience has been amazing. They clearly explain all of the options, pricing and benefits of all the different types of films. Will continue to go back in the future!
Edit: I had a suv tinted recently and noticed a hair in the film. I call the staff and they worked me in the next week and fixed it!

I have mixed feelings about this experience. I bought an expensive brand new car and had the front windows tinted to match the back. My husband brought my car here the week after I bought it. Passenger window was perfect. Driver’s side window had noticeable spots. They gladly said bring it back they would fix it. So we took it back a second time. This time the installer ripped my leather and the tint was scratched from the squeegee. So I had to leave my new car at the dealership for repairs for a day. Wasn’t thrilled, but they gladly paid for the damage they caused to my leather and also replaced the scratched tint. So now on the third tint, after letting it dry for a few days, there was a medium length scratch near the middle of the window. I’m so unhappy and can’t understand why they can’t do the driver’s side as well as they did the passenger side. They are very nice people and the customer service is outstanding so I can’t say anything negative about that. I just don’t want to have to go back a fourth time to have something done that should have been done right the first time. Let me reiterate that if I called them they would want to make it right. They give incredible service and stand by their product. But I don’t know why the fourth time would be any different from the first. So for now every time the sun comes through my window,and I see that long scratch, I cringe and just feel utter disappointment. I bought three new cars for Christmas and want the windows tinted on all of them, but I am feeling leery of the process. Was hoping this would be our place to go for all of our tinting needs, but I’m feeling quite skittish now. I wouldn’t say avoid this business. They care about doing a job well. My passenger window was perfect! I have no doubt they would make this right. But a fourth trip just feels so frustrating right now. Mine is probably just one of those flukes.

They did a great job on my car. It looks fantastic. Friendly employees too.
