Auto Glass Now Springdale

I got my windshield replaced here on my 2004 Nissan Sentra about 2 years ago. They were nice and helpful, and I have never had any trouble with the windshield. It was also SO much cheaper than anyone in the area. I will definitely come back if I ever need another windshield replaced.

I needed 3 front windshields replaced. '94 F350, '04 Hyundai Accent, and a 2016 Subaru Outback (With EyeSight and wiper heaters). One very nice and professional technician came out to the house on time and had all three done in about 2-1/2 hours. I'm very pleased with the price too. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Very dissatisfied! I called and the guy sold me on the phone saying "we are #2 to safelite. We take pride in our jobs, etc." So I said sign me up! It took about an hour for them to "finish" with my car. As I was on my way home I noticed a sound (air coming through). When I got home I looked and noticed the trim had not even been put back on that goes up the side of the car and down the side if the window. I called. The guy told me to bring my car back. When I got there I explained that it is making a noise like wind is coming through somewhere. The guy assured me that it was just b/c the trim was not put back in place. After 30 min of sitting there the guy drove my car around to me. He said it was fixed. "I double beaded the glue on the trim, etc." On my way home the window was still making noise. As I was looking at my car when I got home I noticed where they pried the trim off my car they chipped the paint on both sides. In the end, I ended up taking my car somewhere else to get the air coming through the window fixed when they should have been the ones to complete the task correctly the first or even 2nd time I took my car back to them. I will NEVER suggest anyone to ever go to Auto Glass Now. EVER!!! NEVER GO THERE! Take your money where quality is a priority.

Awesome staff. Great pricing. Highly recommended. They are really good about communicating. 2-7-18 Windshield got chipped and the guys took care of my Mini Cooper quickly. Skyler was fast and easy to work with. Repeat customer.
