One of the many big hail storms we have had busted two of our windows out on our home. I called these guys and within an hour they were at my house with an estimate. They gave me an eta of repair and was spot on with all they said. Thank you guys. Fantastic job, and will be calling when needed again for sure.

Great customer service and helped us on a weekend when no one else would. would definitely recommend them for auto glass repair. We have never used them for residential glasswork but we were told they do that as well. Also it was nice to deal with a mom and pop shop instead of a big national chain where you have to wait on the phone for 15 minutes on hold (which is why we hung up and called these guys instead).

Called this place last Thursday to get a small quarter size crack fixed in windshield, was willing to schedule a day to come in, wanted it done asap before the crack starts spreading. he said he would stay a bit later for us the next day that way we could come after my husband got off work. I called a few minutes before showing up to make sure they were there and I was told everyone had left shop already. Was told that he would call me early the following week and he would come to the town where I live and fix it. Never got a call, so I finally called Wednesday afternoon to see if he was still planning on coming and he made arrangements with me to come Thursday (today) at 10:30 to my work and fix it and that he would call me in the morning. Never got a call, never showed up. I called back in the afternoon and I got more excuses why he didn't show up (he said it was raining, so he couldn't do it, but it has been sunny all day until about 2:30 pm with some clouds) I said that I have tried making arrangements with them for a week now and they never follow through or call me to let me know, I asked for a discount otherwise I was going to find someone else to fix it and he laughed and basically told me he has best prices. I much rather pay a bit more for good service, than cheap for service that is a struggle to get. I would have came at any time during the day if they would have just scheduled me for a time that they would have definitely been there to fix it, instead of tip toeing​ around and telling me they would come to me and never do it. Rude, poor customer service, don't follow through. Wouldn't have left the review if they would have apologized and gave me a discount for the trouble.
