My doctor gave me a prescription to get a Breast pump through my insurance, as i went in the office, they attended to my needs and i got the  Breast pump i wanted which am presently using.

The customer service is was really horrible. The gentleman acted as though he didn't like his job and no service was provided. As I like to say if you don't like your job you can always find another one..

I got a knee scooter from them a month ago because i had foot surgery, as i was riding it yesterday the back wheels and handle bars both fell off and I hit the ground .Today i called them and told the lsdy the situation and she had a very bad attitude and triedbhanging up in my face saying the manager wasn't there and theirs nothing she could do.I have absolutely no way to get around and she said she will call me tomorrow smh.People only care about them selfs

When i walked in i was greeted with such kindness that i felt welcomed i would always advise this medical store to anybody that need medical supplies.
