I cannot thank Tycon Medical enough for their help with getting my 93 year old grandmother's power wheelchair. They were fast, extremely helpful and genuinely concerned about making sure my grandmother's needs were met. Special thanks to Kari who helped us get everything straight. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for medical equipment.

4/25/18 Tycon Medical "One Call Does It All" tagline explains it all!!! My father's scooter required to be recharged more often. I emailed Ms. Tracey Johnson (Rehab Case Manager) and asked for her opinion and guidance. She diligently checked on the matter and kept me informed every step of the way. Within a couple of days, an appointment was scheduled, the technician came by and installed a new battery! It is great to work with people like Tracey!!! She is quick to answer any question or concern you may have, very personable, incredibly professional, and caring! “One Call DID It All” THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN MS. TRACEY JOHNSON AND TYCON MEDICAL!!! A special thanks to Tracey J. (Rehab Case Mgr) and Dan B. (Tech)!!! Tracey assisted me in obtaining a scooter for my father. She was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. She stayed in touch and kept me informed every step of the way. Dan B. delivered the scooter, provided much needed guidance, and was very informative. My father and I would like to thank Tycon Medical Inc. especially the wonderful staff for their assistance!

I would love to give a glowing review for the service that my husband and I have received. My husband Ed Willner who lives in a skilled nursing facility was in need of motorized wheelchair service and a new chair. Even though the process took a while I felt confident that Peter was doing something and not that the paper work was buried some where. Ed (the tech) came out and did a professional job at getting my husbands measurements and finding out what issues were working and not working with his new physical issues and what needed to be changed going forward with the new chair. He took into account what the OT said and every concern we had. This had been the third company we had tried and this was the first that cared. Even when nothing was happening but just waiting Peter would call and say| we're waiting. That at least let us know we hadn't been forgotten. Good customer service. This had been a very difficult process until I found Tycon medical. But the credit really goes to Peter and Ed. The Lord has blessed me with this wonderful power chair tycon medical is the best I've had back surgery I'm surgery and neuropathy in my legs and this company tycon Medical has been the best I was truly blessed when I saw these two wonderful guys pull out my power chair I want to thank everybody that was involved and getting it done for me I will recommend this place to anyone that needs tycon medical

I used to TYCON MEDICAL to get my wheelchair, they are highly recommended! I love them so much. I've never had a more comfortable wheelchair in all of my life. From the gel cushioning to the lumbar support it was amazing.!! The service was amazing everyone was so kind. Uncle Jimmy,Josh, and Janet made a lovely surprise for me and left a awsome SpongeBob balloon, SpongeBob stickers, and a sticker book that has 458 stickers in it!! Love them and I hope everyone who needs a wheelchair or anything of that sort goes to Tycon medical!
