First I was saying that I was pretty upset because I've never been denied for any medical procedures before I was denied on two different things that they were overturned immediately because of the pain I was in and like my doctor said I have one of the highest pain tolerance is that he's seen and yeah that I tore my table part that I put my fist through wood everything that's how much pain and my doctor did do both sides so that I wouldn't have to come back and I'm feeling a lot better that I can handle the pain now you know we just one tens in it you know before I have that two tens unit and I still even. But thank you and pretty much it's all because of their supervisor and I'm hoping I get her name and hopefully right but she rest in pushed it through within 24 hours and I was in there 48 hours and done thank you.jl

Absolutely atrocious customer service and very poor provider relations. The Sr. Network Consultant, Provider Relations and the Manager II, Provider Network Management, Relations know zero about their online billing capabilities. Completely inept procedural relations when it comes to enrolling new providers.
