Kum & Go

3rd Saturday in row that at 739 am no breakfast food at Adel IA store. This time didn't even have doughnuts. New management in store is not friendly and doesn't care. Pop machine is filthy. Taking my business elsewhere.

I will not be returning to this store ever due to the fact.....I was going to purchase what I thought was freshly made food in the warmer but thank god I looked first because 1. The food looked like yesterday's food and 2. As I stood there the kitchen person was putting together a pizza with NO GLOVES! That is the biggest no no....also the ladies at register had very bad additude's....maybe more training needs to be issued! I'm discusted!!!!

I moved to DSM about a year ago and noticed their & Rewards loyalty program. I have so many already, but would say they are mostly worth having. I've only had this program for 2 months and already I am missing gas purchases, and the employees who work at the stores couldn't care less or be interested in helping. I called and emailed for help from their website. No reply. I called their corporate and left a message for one of their marketing directors, no reply. There are plenty of convenience stores in Iowa and most of them want my business more than Kum & Go. Buh bye!

I have used Kum and Go for several years, I recently moved to Jonesboro Arkansas and continued to use you for my needs. I am highly unsatisfied with the location on Caraway. I have been in there twice now and both times I was treated like a fool. First experience was the guy and girl talking never said hello, never said thank you and was to busy with their conversation to do so. Second time I had to wait 10 minutes for breakfast sandwiches to be ready and when I was told I had to wait the lady was extremely rude. The manager never said sorry for the wait, so I left. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and after this experience I will not be back. Not that it matters to the corporate world but I hope it catches up to you eventually. I will be calling and making a statement not that it will help but I will also tell everyone of my experience. Being in the customer service business I talk to hundreds of people on a weekly basis. Never again will I go to this location, and You will be lucky if I ever come back.
