What a joke! So I had multiple coupons…they told me I can only use one coupon on a purchase. Okay…I separated my purchases for multiple transactions. Then suddenly the store policy is one coupon is allowed to be used by a person PER DAY! Are you kidding me! I asked was this a company policy or a store policy because it definitely didn’t say that on the back of the coupon. She told me it was their store policy. Floored! This is the craziest new “policy” I have ever heard of!

The manager at this store was horrible. I have been a loyal hallmark shopper for years, it always being my go to for cards and gifts for my loved one. I recently purchased two glasses to use when my friend came for an out of town visit. Upon my first use, the glass chipped from me putting ice in it. When trying to return without a receipt I didn’t keep it because I didn’t intend on returning the manager treated me like I was in the wrong. She never once apologized and treated me like I was inconveniencing her by wanting a full refund. The whole experience was awful. I have spent a lot of money in hallmark over the years and this was the first time I had ever tried to return something & couldn’t believe the way I was treated. I will not ever return to this particular hallmark and am disappointed at the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism.

Been coming here for years and they have the best assortment of cards and gifts/inspirational items in the area. Great for general and seasonal merchandise.

This is my got to gift shop for any occasion you can find a card for almost anything but they can be a bit pricey on some items but they also usually have some type of deal going on and if you use there reward card they will give you some type of money off your purchase

Went here yesterday and bought a thank you card and some earrings. The women working were so busy talking about their personal problems, they didn't put my earrings in the bag, and refused to do anything when I went back. So basically I paid 20 bucks for a thank you card.
