Two different women worked on my acrylic french tips with SNS, which I've never experienced before. They were both very courteous and had great attention to detail, they turned out perfect!

Terrible customer service. Used to be a regular here but I will not be coming back, the service quality has dropped tremendously. My nails look horrible after a gel manicure, the gel began to chip a few minutes after I got it done and it looks really messy. Also cut my nails square when I asked for almond shape.

Do good job and can walk-in.Very little English spoken. Nice facility.

I was not very pleased with my service here. I went in to get a power dip manicure. The nail tech DID not sure sterile cuticle cutters. She took it out of a bin that had many other cuticle cutters and nail clippers which was a more problem for me. I asked the nail tech to keep my nails square and she still rounded them which was another problem. The other thing that caught me off guard was the fact that they tried to charge me $43.00 for a manicure! I had to pull out my student ID to get the 10% discount. Whenever I go back to New Orleans. I will not go to get my nails done here for reasons listed above.
