Gloss Nail Lounge

Just walked in to get my nails filled and one of the women that worked there gave me the biggest go to hell look when she asked me what I needed and I told her I wanted a fill. She told me that she didn’t have time and would have to decline my service (they had 3 people I saw all working on someone and no one waiting) so I said do y’all not accept walk ins? Some other worker chimed in and said we do but we take appointments first so I said understandable I can wait if I need to or I’ll just go somewhere else... (I previously had them done here just the one time but did actually make an appt and didn’t have any problems) however I will never go back after that rude interaction.

Best nail salon on the Northshore. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the salon is ALWAYS super clean, and just an overall nice experience. Went in to get a pedicure and they fixed two no chips on my hands that had peeled off from an earlier appointment free of charge. There’s no other place like it.

First we went to a different nail salon and we waited for legit an hour and never got treated so we left then we came to gloss. Gloss has great service and makes sure everybody gets treated I highly recommend this place!
