Staff was very friendly and helpful. I found an excellent pair of glasses that look super cute! The design options were great and they have wonderful sales. Oleata was funny and kind. She fixed my back up pair so it fits wonderfully and helped me pick and fit my updated pair.

I had never been to LensCrafters before, and so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. My coworkers highly praised them they are one of the few places in town that accept eyemed. In short, I had a wonderful experience. The assistant manager asked me what kind of glasses I was looking for and went above and beyond helping me find the right pair. We had to look at sunglasses for the frames I wanted! I never felt like a burden with my request. He was very kind and professional and didn’t force an upsell when I said I may not be able to afford it. Overall, I would go back again. The place is also very clean and open.

The doc got me in exactly when I wanted/needed, saw me quickly and efficiently, and then Trevor was so kind and a huge help in finding a pair of glasses and had me on my way in no time. Pleasant experience all around. Thanks all!

Trevor was excellent. Very attentive and listening to which kinds of frames we wanted, knew our insurance policy, fixed a current pair of glasses… Perfect. Conveniently located in the Midtown Mall.

I work at the Providence hospital. I told their office where I worked and that they would accept my insurance. I made an appointment with their office for an eye exam three days prior to the scheduled date. Only for them to tell me the moment I arrived at the day of the appointment that I took off work for that their office does not accept Providence Premera insurance. I’m not upset that they don’t. I was upset that I was told one thing just so that I arrived to my appointment just to be told differently. That was frustrating. I didn’t make a scene. I just left after hearing about the issue.

Dr Rennard was very helpful and informative. Staff were very friendly. Trevor is the best at picking out glasses for you. Love it here!
