If you want to get the best eye care and client service, go to Nova Eye Care. Got my glasses here and was evaluated by Dr. Tran. She was friendly, made you feel comfortable and was detailed in her evaluation. Other staff assisted me with the lens specifications making sure I get what I needed without spending too much. Soon as I got my glasses, I was able to see better and lens was comfortable. I accidentally broke it twice and they were more than happy to fix it for you free of charge. They even fixed my other pair of wonky glasses even if I didn’t buy it there. Hands down best eye clinic!

I don’t know who is giving this place five stars, but I guess it’s people who love throwing money in the trash. While the workers here are very nice, you are literally going to spend hundreds of dollars more on the same thing you could get anywhere else. I was a regular customer for a long time until they started aggressively trying to up charge, and the prices went through the roof. I got a pair of prescription sunglasses that I was pressured into buying by one of the sales girls and it was over $400! I didn’t realize that was insanely expensive, I just assumed prescription sunglasses were pricey. Come to find out far too late that I could’ve gotten the same pair of glasses with the same prescription for $150 instead. Similarly, their frames cost an average of $100-$200 more than you would pay anywhere else. I found a pair of frames I liked for $190 less than the exact same pair they were selling at Nova Eyecare. So, if you like spending twice as much money for glasses, this is the place for you! Otherwise, go elsewhere, or try to find your frames online for a lesser cost. There’s no reason to be paying upwards of 50% more, especially not in this economy.

I've been wanting to go here as its a preffered provider to my insurance and ive heard great things. ive scheduled 3 times because the first 2, they didnt have me scheduled in even though i had received the email with all the documentation you had to fill out initially and showed up when told. i was not seen then only rescheduled which same thing happened again. i just canceled the 3rd one because honestly, im tired and do not want to wait another month or so aggregating up to 3 months without a visit. id rather pay the extra money elsewhere and be seen and not given the runaround. i hear great things about here but my experience has been pretty irritating and am not impressed. im not the type to make a scene, but i felt the need to voice my experience.

Very professional staff, Dr. Tran is the best - attentive, really listens to your concerns and spends time explaining which is rear in our days. Her staff makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. They helped me pick out the most amazing glasses. Love those glasses, best pairs I ever had. Overall the best service I had. Love this place everyone was so kind and welcoming doctor was funny and nice to be around. Setting was so bouji and comforting. It was clean and tidy every room I went in. Beautiful pieces of art and crystals all around you. Large selection of frames elegant and fun varies. Overall an amazing business :.

Dr. Tran is simply amazing. She accommodated to my eye care needs and desires. She made me feel like she really cared about my eye health and me in general. She is fun, funny, and makes me laugh every time I go in to see her. I feel EXTREMELY comfortable seeing her as my eye doctor and would HIGHLY recommend her. The staff works with you, and ate friendly, professional, and always have smiles on their faces. They hear your concerns and take great care of their patients. I look forward to my eye exams every year.

Dr. Tran and the rest of her team are amazing. She spent a considerable amount of time with me during my examination and answered all of my questions. In addition, she was very knowledgeable and personable. After my exam, her whole team helped me pick frames for my new glasses. Cannot speak more highly of Nova Eyecare!
