They have no manners when it comes to helping handicapped senior citizens with hearing disabilities. Wouldn't hardly write even on a piece of paper so he could be understood. Said not once but twice he would text me because I can't hear. NEVER DID IT !!! I had to get person I met to call them and ask where my new glasses were. They could not email me or even send a postcard telling me they were in. I guess I go to Walmart next time huh???

Called first thing in the a.m. & I have an appointment before the end of the week. The gentleman whom answered was pleasent &! VERY helpful. Looking forward to my NEEDED eye exam & having new/current script specialist.

If I could say 0 stars I would! I went in there with my son because they’re located in the same building as my sons optometrist. When we went in the lady was nice. We picked out glasses. I was told that the glasses we a little big but they would send the glasses out and have the other company to make them a little smaller and get the lenses put in. I was told it was a 4 week turn around time. I did the math and figured they would be done around the beginning of July. I waited until the end of July and called to see what was going on. I left a message. I waited another two days and called them again. Still no response. I called the next day and left a third message. I finally get a call the following day to say his glasses will be in tomorrow. I ask why did it take 2 months? The guy responded with I don’t know, maybe because school is about to start. I say shouldn’t I have been told that when I ordered them? He said yea but they’ll be in tomorrow so you won’t have to worry. I go in to pick them up. I’m by myself because I don’t get off until 4:30 and they close at 5. I don’t have time to pick up my child to take him with me. I have my son try them on when I take him home. They don’t fit. They’re big. They’re falling off his face. I call to see if we need to make an appointment to get them fitted. 3 more calls later I finally get a response of no. Just bring him in. Ok. Cool. My son goes in to have them fitted. The legs are so long they literally wrap around his ears. They bend out instead of in. They keep falling down on his face. I’m not going back. My sons glasses break on a Sunday. The day before he starts school!!! Ultra eyewear isn’t open. I scramble and find out staton eyewear is open! Yay! We go down there and get everything we needed the same day, the customer service at staton was great! His glasses actuall fit! He’s very happy now. We will not be going back to ultra. Ultra could take notes from staton.

I was jerked around by lensecrafters for over a month trying to get lenses put in my favorite sunglass frame. Long story short, ultimate eyewear was quickly and easily able to do what lensecrafters claimed was impossible, and they did it with a smile! These guys are great. You would think that they would be more expensive, but they were $300 cheaper than lensecrafters just to put lenses into my frames. Thanks ultra eyewear!

My 80 year old mother, in her wheel chair and with oxygen in tote, went in to ask about her glasses, which the surgeons office said had a problem with the RX. They began to explain to her why the surgeon was wrong. The young man started the conversation and was very professional and explaining things well, although it was over her head, then his father butted in and got very short, downright RUDE. He needs to learn to stay out of it an let the son handle things!!!!!

I am from out of town and my glasses broke while I was visiting Anchorage. I called this business to see if they could help. They were very friendly and helped me right away when I walked in. Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend!

Tbh this is the only place ill go since the man is very nice, and thier covid restriction isnt that bad. Keep up the good work!
