Do not go here for service! They are the most dishonest dealership, or car repair facility for that matter I have ever attempted to do business with. I have a Saab 9\7 x which is nothing more than a Chevrolet Trailblazer in disguise. In fact it has the 5.3 GM V8 Vortec engine in it. A common problem unfortunately with these engines, or at least up to 2010 is the oil pan gasket can leak oil. Mine only has 90,000 miles on it. When I took it to them I told them this was the issue. They said they were going to charge me $79.00 for diagnotic, so I thought to myself, "0k, let's just get it fixed." I received a call that the problem was exactly what I told them it was. Now, they tell me it's $1,500 to repair. I did'nt say anything other than to tell them I would pick it up. OK, here's where their dishonesty comes in. I called around and the gasket is $40.00 and it takes about two hours to repair. The real cost I'm now paying to have it fixed is $300.00, including tax. So I offer up this review to say beaware of this dealerships service department. THEY ARE NOT HONEST! Also, the service department personnel seem to be very unhappy with their jobs, there are no smiles or a welcoming attitude. Maybe because they are being forced to rip off the customer by their so called family owners?!
